Used this company twice on the first ocassion denied acess as there paper work was not valid,on the second occasion was not allowed in spent 40 minutes at the lounge
checking desk made to look a fool told that paperwork was not valid after paying two months in advance .
Go simply refused to reimburse my money.

Really impressed , no problems what so ever, staff all friendly and professional. Car taken and ready without a hitch. Will definitely use again. Now just filling the space up to send this review

Well....where should I begin!? I regret using this service, I absolutely would not recommend or advise using! Appalling communication re order, limited or no responses to support requests....and never once have I managed to speak to someone on the sales line!
5 weeks after purchasing iPhone 6 unlock and I was still waiting, I eventually received an email from the Ops Manager Stephanie saying that there has been a worldwide problem unlocking EE phones. It's quite simple then Officialiphoneunlock -communicate that to your customers!! Anyway the story unfolds......7 weeks and I am still waiting with no logical reason or explanation as to when I should expect the unlock to be complete. So after spending £159.99 I don't expect this kind of service!

Disappointingly, I can also confirm that any negative posts on here and their Facebook page will be deleted.....or am I being silly and they just disappear into the ether....!? No of course not, as a tech savvy intelligent adult I have had x4 of my posts deleted so far and if you are doing that to me then you will be doing that for a lot of other people.

Officialiphoneunlock at least have the balls to highlight if things have taken awhile longer than expected, don't ,ok over the situation controlling what people say about you as this clearly demonstrates the fact that you know you are in the wrong and it's dissonest to prospective customers coming to you with business in good faith!!

I used it to compare car parking prices. It managed to do what it claimed. Do I really need to congratulate someone for managing to do what they said they would do. Is it me? Have I missed something here? They got paid to do a job. Please don't think that price comparison websites provide this service for free because they don't. They earn commission, it's called SALES!

I knew the car park I wanted to book but it had changed name. Slightly irritating that the name/address information was not on the front page when booking. I booked for Cavendish Square London car park and only saw 'Oxford Street parking' on tab with no address information. This could be easily corrected.

I've found it a simple site to use. It's quick and clear what you need to do. I like the fact that my booking confirmation comes through almost immediately after pressing the pay now button.

Booked a "meet and greet" parking service that requires you phone the parking company 20 mins before arrival to ensure a swift and pain free parking experience.

However the phone number I was given was incorrect and led to an answerphone message asking me to call another phone number (also incorrect) our leave a message.

This is inconvenient to say the least when you are alone, driving along a motorway at 5.30am. When I arrived at the airport I managed to get through to the parking company using another number and they had no knowledge of my arrival despite my leaving a message on the previous voicemail system. So I was forced to wait 10 mins in the car park for the parking representative to meet me.

I would consider using another comparison booking site next time. Or cut out the middle man and book directly.

Great site for bringing together all the options I need for Meet & Greet Parking. However, each time i book (usually once a month) I have to enter in my details fresh each time as there is no way to create an account that remembers it all - please fix!

I left the car with them and the keys with minimal inconvenience, the bus was waiting , brought us right to departure and was brought from the airport similarly given the keys back and a ticket to get out of the car park, the staff were helpful and friendly. The car was ok and we were on our way home with no hassle, fantastic experience , I shall be using Pink Elephant again.

I needed to amend my booking, as my departure airport changed. The website wouldn't allow me to do this online, and told me to call the helpline, but because it was the weekend, I was met with a recorded message saying the office was closed and wouldn't open until Monday morning, and since my flight was on the Monday morning, I had no option but to make a new booking (with another company, due to this bad experience having put me off) and write off my original one, losing my money. Not having a helpline open 7 days a week is ridiculous when running a service like this, which operates 7 days a week! This was the first time I used Gosimply.com, but I won't be using again. I'm out of pocket and very unhappy.

I was extremely impressed with this service, the only downside for us was that on our check-in we were being asked for all our details - this made us a little wary as we were handing over a car to someone who is a complete stranger!! This is the second time this year that I have used this company and on both occasions they have provided an excellent service. The representative was at the appointed pick up area before I arrived at Stansted and on my return, we only waited about 5 minutes before he arrived with the car - all in all, a very smooth operation. We have already booked them again for next month!

We used this airport meet & greet service with some trepidation, was it valid, would our car be safe , it could not have worked out better, now we wonder why have we used a cab service or family member to take us to luton , if only we had realised this company existed before. I have already started recommending this company to friends & family and we only came back today.

I've never used this service before but I will be use it again no messing parking and then waiting for a shuttle bus as promised driver was waiting at terminal going and when we arrived back home.
