I recently ordered a Stoke chair and some accessories. My experience with this company was fantastic! I did not want to pay on-line and asked to be contacted. They called me twice the next morning and left messages offering to process the transaction for me. When I reached them, they took care of the purchase in minutes and I was positively surprised when they said I would have all the items the next day. I didn't believe it could happen. So I was even more surprised when the next evening I got all the items delivered. I will use them again as soon as possible!

I've only used the posture pack for a week or so, but I like it. I haven't noticed improvements in how my back feels yet, but I can feel that writing, and the way I sit while writing, feels nice.

Overall, very good
My experience was very good from purchase through to delivery. My only gripe would be that the item was delivered in the packaging from the manufacturer and so given no additional protection in transit. This may be a very small quibble but, when I have paid a lot of money for an item, I want to ensure its highest re-sale value and expect to get an 'as new' product packaging and all.

Good, quick, fuss-free service
We ordered a Stokke TrippTrapp highchair from the Bristol store online. It's our second TrippTrapp (bought from the same shop in person two years ago where the staff was very friendly and helpful at the time) so we knew that it's very good quality and that it suits our needs. The chair arrived within two days, at no extra cost. Very happy with the purchase.

We bought a Stokke Tripp Trapp and MyCarrier from Back in Action. Customer service was great, next day delivery was really handy, good value for money and products were exactly as we'd hoped for. Highly recommended on all fronts.

I;m sure it was already sent back due to the malfunction (it was manually re-wrapped with tape and the website, istead of sending it back to the producer, put it back on the website and tried to sell it anyway.
the problem was not massive and I needed the highchair for my baby with urgency, but it was not a perfect prodcuct. There is an option to install extra safaty plastic flaps on the leg of the pushchair, but as the size of the holes underneath the highchair have wrongly been done, this option cannot be installed properly

I contacted back in action about a second hand tripp trapp I bought, they didn't really need to help me as it did not show on their records, however they did and they got in touch with stokke and resolved my issue. I have since bought the harness from them and received it next day delivery. Fantastic Service!! I only wish I had just bought a brand new tripp trapp and all the bits from them in the first place as it would only have worked out a few pounds more and been a lot easier. I can not recommend them more as they have truly given me exceptional service and gone out of their way to help me. Thank you very much!!

Ordered my kneeling chair at 13.30 on the Monday and it arrived at 8.30 the following morning having been kept informed on the progress of my order all the way through.
The only slight problem was that I ordered a black one as that appeared to be the only colour available at the time and I received a red one. However as colour wasn't important and if I had a free choice I would have had either red or blue I actually got what I wanted!

Best price online and speedy delivery, but packaging could be better
The price and delivery time was by far the best I could find, but for such an expensive item I did expect the product to have some kind of protective packaging - there was nothing, so the original box is now scuffed and dented (not good from a secondhand sale point of view or for someone who likes to pass things onto friends in the original packaging. Even a plastic bag would have given some protection given if it was delivered in the rain...

Excellent Stokke stockist
An established shop with both high street and online retail - top class advice in store too. Not only are they one of the few stokke stockists that stock the full range, they are also often the most reasonable as far as price goes. Delivery is incredibly quick and if you are close to Amersham their shop is well worth a visit.. I've been back a few times for my stokke products. Probably be back again and possibly will look into their other products as kids seem to leave you with at least a bad back!

Website misleading, product flawed
Your website is misleading in that all your prices are advertised before VAT, and the way you fail to flag this up clearly is almost a con. I do not deny that the fact that you have to add on VAT is there, but I had actually confirmed my order (which I did on line and therefore could not retract) before I realised that I should have added VAT. I accept that I still got quite a good price, but it was nowhere near as good a bargain as I thought I was getting when I placed the order.
One of the shoes I bought (there were 2 pairs of MBTs) is actually soiled, as it has a brown mark on it. As the shoes were a reduced price item I suppose I have to accept this, but it does demonstrate the pitfalls of buying things when you can't actually see and inspect the actual goods you are getting.
I will be very wary about buying from you again, as feel genuinely duped and hard done by.

Lovely people let down by delivery company
I dealt with Tim at Back in Action, who was great. After speaking to him on the phone I popped into the shop to have a look at the items I wanted & then went ahead & made the purchase. Tim was very helpful, put together the package for us & placed the order for delivery the next day. I then received text & e-mail confirming the order & delivery. Tim also made sure the delivery company were told where to leave the order.
The issue was when the packages came it looked like 2 of the boxes had been just thrown & kicked about & one box was actually coming apart . Not great when you have just spent a lot of money! Luckily nothing seems damaged but the point is that's not how you expect to receive your goods!
So fault to remedy = ensure the delivery company is more careful.

Appreciate MBTs and VAT concession are again available and efficient service
I was very concerned when it seemed likely that MBTs would cease business altogether as these shoes make a huge difference to my day to day mobility and comfort. I have been using MBTs trainers and sandals for several years. The VAT concession from which i previously benefited, with GP sanction, is obviously important, Another supplier could not offer this. Dispatch was swift and efficient despite Christmas.

I was looking to buy a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair for my son and came across Back in Action by chance on a Google search. They were offering the product which I wanted at an excellent price and advertised delivery within seven days. It sounded too good to be true - I'm usually a bit sceptical about buying over the internet from companies which I haven't heard of before - but I took the plunge! The service was excellent. I received several emails confirming my order, when it had been dispatched etc. The items arrived just two days later, much faster than I had expected, by courier. I'm very pleased that I chose to buy from Back in Action. If I had bought the high chair from one of the big high street stores then I would have paid more and waited longer for the products. Brilliant from start to finish
We ordered a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair from Back in Action, not a cheap purchase & so needed a lot of consideration before taking the plunge. Not only was Back in Action the most competitively priced, the little additions (such as extra tips about how best to use/set up the high chair) made for an excellent shopping experience which felt almost personal (as much as it can buying online). Delivery was speedy, with a company which gives you an hour slot so no waiting in all day &, although we haven't needed to use it, it appeared that Back in Action had good after sales follow up. Would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered a Tripp Trapp on the afternoon of 20 December. I was kept up-to-date by email about the progress of my order and was able to easily track the parcels on the courier's website. They arrived within the specified one hour delivery window on the morning of 22 Dec. This excellent delivery service was free and in time for Christmas despite the storms and high winds. Well done.

I bought this back friend because I was suffering a back injury and was unable to sit for long ,even in a high high . Now I am able to sit even in a lounge chair andv feel more comfortable for longer periods. Very much needed over Christmas

A must have for back sufferers
Speedy one-day delivery as stated by others. The back friend makes a huge difference and I am very glad I ordered it. I can now sit more comfortably and it is light and very portable so I am likely to take it with me when I go elsewhere. If you find sitting uncomfortable because of discomfort in your lumbar spine this seat will make a difference.

Items great, and great price, but the "24 hour delivery" claim is misleading. It's actually a "Next Working Day if ordered before...." delivery service. I ordered at about 2pm on Thursday and the items were delivered the following Monday.

Just got to tell you about the super speedy service I have just received from Back in Action. They have lots of goody's for people with health problems, will give you lots of advice and nothing is to much trouble for them. Next time you need to replace anything check the web site first. Only downside is their shops are to far away to visit.

Official, hard-to-find Stokke products and spares at good prices
Having been given a second hand Stokke Tripp Trapp chair and borrowed a baby set from a friend, I purchased a number of accessories (harness, extended gliders and cushion) to complete the set-up for my baby. These things can be quite hard to find on their own but Back-in-Action had the full range and the prices were quite good too. The items arrived promptly in perfect condition and I liked the re-use of packaging (the external box once housed only harnesses) - much less wasteful and made just as secure.

Disappointed with product. The screw that goes into one of the black support bars doesn't go in properly. There are plenty of imitation products at less than half the price and I wouldn't have expected this from a top end purchase

From the ease of ordering to delivery, this has been a joy. I have to wear M.B.Ts constantly due to a degenerating foot problem, and since M.B.T UK stopped trading I have been at a loss as to where to buy them, Back in Action have been my godsend ! Although I got a pair of M.B.Ts in error (although I liked them enough to want to keep them ) the customer service has been excellent ! The speed of delivery was brilliant too. I recently purchased the Solke Tripp Trapp high chair from Back in Action. I must say that the website was so easy to use and navigate. I chose the high chair in white with marching white accessories and the pink cushion set all of which were in stock. Payment was easy with various options including paying over the phone if your nervous of paying over the net. Anyway I ordered all my bits and pieces paid online and to my surprise received my order the very next day. Outstanding service from a company that really does put the customer into customer service. Use with confidence.

I made a significant purchase of various Stokke items and at the last minute realised the colour selected was not what we had thought. Despite the item being en route they were happy to pick up again at a later date (when they were delivering a second batch) and switch for our preferred option.
Would not hesitate from using them again in the future even if they were not the cheapest.

I bought a Tripp trapp new born set from back in action, because back in action were offering them for half the price. This was too good a deal too miss so despite no experience of this site I ordered it. I got an email instantly with my order on it, this was Thursday night. The next morning I received an email stating the order was being processed and by the afternoon I received another email giving me an interlink express tracking number.
I received the parcel Monday morning, in perfect condition. We are thrilled with the product which has made life a lot easier, and are extremely pleased that we got it and such a good price and so quickly. I will definitely be recommending this site to friends and family.

Ordered a Move 'n' Sit Senior from Back in Action which was delivered quickly at reasonable cost. I find the Move 'n' Sit very comfortable and ideal for getting the best sitting position. A surprise to me was that the Move 'n' Sit can be blown up easily by mouth and I did not reqire a pump.

That Stokke prams is very nice and quality stuff but expensive. We only think the black color material for The Stokke® iZiSleep is not the right color for that nice car seat. We don't have different choice we like the size and comfortable travel for ours child.
